Superapp ("we", "us", "Superapp") is operated from Bengaluru, India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain English where possible.
1. What we collect
- Lead info you give us — niche, community size, toolstack, goals/features, name, email, phone (optional).
- Customer info post-payment — business name, brand assets, course content links, AI training material, payment receipts.
- Technical data — IP address, user agent, referrer URL — used for security + abuse prevention only.
- AI conversations on demo widgets — message text is sent to Anthropic (Claude) via API for response generation. Not stored beyond rate-limiting needs.
2. How we use it
- Generate your custom AI ecosystem blueprint (lead-magnet output).
- Build and deliver your branded superapp (post-purchase).
- Communicate with you about your project (email + portal messages).
- Anonymised aggregate analytics to improve the product.
- Compliance with Indian GST / accounting law.
3. Where it lives
- Supabase (Postgres, hosted in Mumbai/ap-south-1) — your lead + customer data.
- Vercel (US edge) — application hosting.
- Anthropic (US) — AI inference for blueprint + tutor demos. We do not use your data to train Anthropic's models. Per Anthropic's API terms, prompts are not retained beyond 30 days unless flagged for abuse.
- Razorpay (India) — payment processing. We never see card numbers or UPI IDs.
4. What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your data.
- Use your course material or AI training data to build something competing with you.
- Send marketing emails without explicit opt-in.
- Share your data with anyone outside our delivery team without your written consent.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct anything wrong, or have it deleted by emailing gaurav@superapp.company. We respond within 7 business days. Customers can also delete their data from inside the portal at any time.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie for portal authentication (Supabase Auth). No third-party tracking cookies. No advertising pixels. No Facebook/Google Analytics on the lead-magnet flow.
7. Children
Superapp is a B2B service for adult coaches. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be emailed to active customers and noted on this page with an updated date.
